Get your girlfriends together and go shoot some winter content! There are so many cute poses you can do with a group, the options are endless!
Going Sledding
An old fashion sled is the perfect winter photo prop! Pose on it alone, with a friend, with bae, or even with a stuffed bear for a super cute and easy outdoor photoshoot!
Winter Window View
There’s nothing better than sitting inside your warm house and watching the snow fall outside the window! Capture that feeling by snapping a few pictures of the moment!
Playing in the snow
Snow photos are always cute and there are so many different ways you can pose and or add movement to your photos! It’s all about being playful and having fun. You can catch snow on your tongue, blow it, toss it, throw snowballs, just have fun with it!
Ice Skating
Ice skating is. classic winter activity and it makes for super cute photos! Snap a photo of yourself on the iceskating rink or just holding your skates (this is a great option if your like me and have horrible balance)!
Winter Mornings *
Cold winter mornings might not be your idea of the ideal wake up call, but they really can be magical. Bundle up and head outside for a photogenic brunch in the snow! Bonus points if you can capture the sunrise in your photos!
Kissing Bae in The Snow
Take some cute pics with bae in the snow! Jump on his back, hug each other, give him a kiss, whatever you want to do just strike a pose and together and snap some shots!

This is a classic winter photo and one of my favorites! Find a nice snowy view, hold your photographers hand, and start snapping! This is a great shot to take with bae if they’re a little camera shy!
Hot Tubbing/Swimming in The Snow
Just because its winter doesn’t mean you cant show off your cute new swimsuit! Take a picture in the hot tub or pool with a beautiful snowy landscape in the background and you’ll get a gorgeous shot of your swim suit and the snowy view!
Snowy Car
A car certainly isn’t a small prop but it makes for a great accessory for your next winter photoshoot. There’s just something about wintery roads and road trips that make for great winter photoshoots! Take your car out to a snowy spot and shoot some fun content with it! You can do so many different things with this shot: lean out the window, sit on the hood, or just stand by it and look at a map! No matter what you decide to do it will give your shots a cute winter road trip vibe!
Make a Heart in The Snow
Another cute photo to take with bae! To get this shot you can either create a heart with your feet or you can photo shop the heart in later! Your photographer will have to be far away and shoot from a higher angle to get this shot or you can use a drone! Heres my favorite drone for photos! It will take a little bit of work on photoshop to get rid of your footprints but the end result is so gorgeous!
Walking in a Snowy Forest
Walks in the cold might not be your idea of the ideal winter activity but they can be really magical and make for the perfect winter photoshoot. The more snow the better so bundle up and head outside! You’ll likely find some great winter photo ideas from snowy mountains to frost covered trees.
Not anywhere near a forest or pretty mountains? Thats okay! Nothing beats a snow covered road lined with evergreen trees! It creates the ultimate winter wonderland vibes and is the perfect spot for a winter photoshoot.
Stand in the middle of a snow-covered road lined with evergreens for some winter wanderlust vibes.
Hold up a snow heart
The “snow heart” trend has been around for a while but its still a thing because its just so cute! This is a super easy winter photoshoot idea that anyone can recreate and theres no denying that adding a snow heart to your photos really does make them that much cuter!
Kick The Snow
I love this pose because its such an easy way to add some movement to your photos which will make them so much more fun and dynamic! Just play around while you’re shooting by kicking the snow and see what you get! I promise it’ll turn out cute!
Pro Tip: but your camera on burst mode so that you can capture the motion in these photos
Make Snow Angels
Snow angels are so fun and cute! If you are lucky enough to live somewhere that gets snowy weather, it is a great opportunity to capture a cute picture! Get a friend to take a photo of you from above almost like a flat lay and you’ll end up with a perfect winter photo!
Wear a Gown in The Snow
This is one of my favorite winter photoshoot ideas! It might not be the most practical of the ideas on this ;list but wearing a long skirt or a gown in the snow will take your photos from 0 to 100 real quick!
Pro Tip: Make sure you have lots of layers close by to keep warm between shots.
Kiss bae behind a winter prop
My final winter photo idea is another cute kissing photo with bae! But this time hold a prop in front of yourselves or have your photographer hold a cute prop! This could be candy canes, giant snowflakes, a snow heart, etc. get creative!
